Summary

Documentation automation follow-up to PR #2. Completes gaps identified during doc review: changelog backfill, README docs badge, and expanded Antora coverage.

Docs added/updated

  • Changelogchangelog.adoc index + five changelog-details/ entries backfilled from git history
  • Profiles — constants table, fork vs upstream guidance
  • Assembly — 1-step parallel read, RULES.md vs MAIN.md vs rules-manager
  • Module reference — index of general/ modules and task-gating
  • Troubleshooting — MEMORIES, OS layer, paste-only, hub wiring pitfalls
  • README — Dev-Centr docs badge in centered header; Changelog section linking to hub

Codepaths covered

  • Context assembly (RULES.md, MAIN.md, profiles/, general/)
  • Workstation memory ($CODE_ROOT/MEMORIES.md)
  • Antora hub wiring (dev-centr/docs playbook)
  • Separation from devcentr-agent-rules product rules

Knowledge gaps addressed

  • Missing changelog (required by general/creator.md)
  • Thin usage/architecture-only docs without operational runbooks
  • README missing org docs badge per layout standards
