NeoForge 1.21.1 alpha release for Water Physics Overhaul.

Highlights

  • Ported WPO to NeoForge 21.1.227 and updated the 1.21.1 mixin targets and runtime hooks.
  • Added client-hook registration so config UI code no longer leaks onto dedicated servers.
  • Preserved older generated configs by remapping the removed minecraft:carpets tag to minecraft:wool_carpets at load time.
  • Validated in four-mod client and dedicated-server smoke tests with SKDS Core, Hydraulic Utilities, and Environmental Expansion.
