Who should take this release: anyone who checks deliveries from sources they do not control, on any earlier release. This release carries one repair, and one corrected figure: SECURITY.md's note on the 0.9.2 advisory gave its archive as 1.15 MB, which came from a different builder; the repository's own makes it 963 KB.

One file, no install

vdi2770.pyz is attached to this release: everything inside one readable zip,
for a machine that may not install packages.

installs the same release from the index and runs it.
