Who should take this release: anyone on 0.9.3, or on any earlier release, who checks deliveries from sources they do not control. This release carries one repair; its only other change is that the page PyPI shows for vdi2770-validate names the engine it asks for as 0.9.4, where it had gone on saying 0.9.1.

One file, no install

vdi2770.pyz is attached to this release: everything inside one readable zip,
for a machine that may not install packages.

A workflow does not need any of this: uses: dev365code/vdi2770-validate@v0.9.4
installs the same release from the index and runs it.
