Cauldron 0.9.0
Log your meals: Home shows today's breakfast, lunch and dinner with ✓ Ate it and Ate out. Logged meals count toward today's calories.
- Ate out: the planned meal goes to the fridge for another day, and you can note roughly how many kcal you had
- The planner has Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner panels on every day
- Ate-out days show red on your Profile calendar
- Every recipe now shows kcal per serving
Cauldron 0.8.1
Share to Cauldron: "Import to Cauldron" now shows in the top row of the share sheet in YouTube, Instagram and browsers.
Imports: when a video doesn't give amounts, the recipe is written for 2 servings with estimated quantities, so calories always count.
Profile opens on Catalog: Favorites and your folders (plus New folder), in grid or list. The view is saved, and the website uses it too.
Make my version: nothing is saved until you press Save, so backing out leaves no copy behind.
Cauldron 0.8.0
Prepped ingredients: mark a recipe like cooked rice, pickled onions or a sauce as a prep, use it by weight in other recipes, and track it in the fridge. Meals take from what you've made; the grocery list buys the ingredients for what isn't covered.
Ingredients page (Profile → Ingredients): edit any food's macros (say, your brand of curd) with notes, and every recipe follows. Add your own foods from a label, and fix ingredients that weren't counted.
Cauldron 0.7.0
- Import recipes from YouTube videos, Shorts and Instagram Reels: tap 🔗 on Recipes, or Share → Cauldron from YouTube or Instagram
- Amounts and macros in the video's description are used; calories are worked out for every import
- If the creator gives macros, you'll see them next to Cauldron's count
