🐛 GIF aspect ratio preserved

GIFs were being exported super wide and flat (e.g. 640×80px) due to a hardcoded :80 height that was copied from the timeline thumbnail strip generator.

Fix: The GIF scale filter now uses scale='min(iw,{gif_width})':-2:flags=lanczos — width is capped at the quality preset, height is calculated from the actual video aspect ratio, and -2 ensures even dimensions. No more squashed GIFs.
