What's fixed

PNG watermark size mismatch

The PNG watermark looked correct in the video preview but was much larger in exported frames/GIFs. Root cause: FFmpeg was overlaying the PNG at its natural resolution while the preview capped it at a fixed pixel size.

Fix: Watermark size is now defined as a percentage of the video width (default 15%), applied identically in both the preview and FFmpeg output.

  • Frontend preview: width: X% of the video container
  • FFmpeg: scale2ref=w='iw*frac' scales the PNG relative to the processed video width before the overlay step — works for both frame exports and animated GIFs

% size control

A new slider in the Image watermark options lets you set the watermark size from 1–80% of the video width. The preview updates live as you drag.
