OFF is a landing · the mind at the brain's peak · the agent taught

  • Safe OFF: turning PILOT off now aborts the running cycle politely, waits for it to unwind, then ends the conversation with its scratch purged — the next session starts clean, never confused.
  • 100e9 neurons — the human brain at its peak (the newborn count, before pruning trims it to the adult ≈86e9). Default cubes now hold 100 million neurons; minted cubes reach one billion each.
  • The ineural skill and curriculum §21 teach the agent the new scale and the safe-OFF law: never assume continuity between cycles — what must survive goes into the BRAIN.

Suite: 1563 tests green.
