App changes

This time we figured out how to pack the app as one .exe file, so no more "extract all files". Just double click (or single on some systems) and run!

Plus, you can now run script files through Windows. Just double click on a script file, and then click "Choose an app on your PC". Find the VeryBasic executable, and then choose "Always" (or "Just once" if you want to change later). Tip: VeryBasic will now show up in the apps list for later use.

Advanced Users: Also, if you know how to use a CLI, then the app now accepts a command line argument for a script path.
