v1.0.0 — V1 release

HTTP client TUI in Rust (functional core / imperative shell). The V1
milestone: full request editing and sending, response viewer, environments
and variable resolution, interceptors, SQLite-backed history and collections,
JSON import/export, a local HTTP/1.1 forward proxy with an SSRF guard, six
themes, macOS standalone distribution, and property-based verification of the
pure core.
