• document the zero-width widget identity, cursor side, event ownership, selection ownership, mutation ownership, and destroy cleanup contract
• decide that widget producer support stays internal for now and no public widget registry is exposed
• define when widget DOM may be placed inside text surfaces and list the minimum future fixtures
