Breaking Changes

  • Static factory methods for Certificate & Fiscal — The public constructors have been replaced with explicit static factories. Update your code:
    • new Fiscal($path, $pass, $test) → Fiscal::fromFile($path, $pass, $test)
    • new Certificate($path, $pass) → Certificate::fromFile($path, $pass) or Certificate::fromContent($content, $pass)
    • New Fiscal::fromContent() and Fiscal::fromCertificate() factories for raw PKCS12 content and pre-built Certificate instances

Added

  • Response signature verification — Verify XML-DSIG signatures on fiscal service responses (spec 4.3.1) via SignatureVerifier
  • Fiscal::fromContent() — instantiate from raw PKCS12 binary content
  • Fiscal::fromCertificate() — instantiate from a pre-built Certificate instance

Improved

  • Typed properties and return types on Certificate and Fiscal (PHP 8.0+)
  • Eliminates the ambiguous path-or-content detection via @file_exists() — no more PHP deprecation when null is passed
