Settings updates:
Implemented configuration of the subtitles extensions list
Implemented configuration of the subtitles codepages list
Lists of extensions could be saved
Lists of codepages be saved
Selected extension saves and appears on application start
Selected codepage saves and appears on application start
List of the selected folders (mkv, mkv and subtitles) could be saved and re-populated on application start (Settings option should be set)
NOTE: it doesn't saves actual list but a directory itself selected last time.
'Subtitles' tab could be set as primary tab to appear after application start (via settings checkbox).
More validations added to the mplayer path selector in settings.
Input control validators shows errors in case of incorrect format.
Artwork updated.
