Round trip planning with CycleStreets

CycleStreets is a cycle journey planner system, which lets you plan routes by bike.
It is designed by cyclists, for cyclists, and caters for the needs of both confident and less confident cyclists.

Cruiser already provides route planning with CycleStreets with 3 route profiles:

• Balanced: it aims to give practical routes that balance speed and pleasantness, suitable for most riders.
• Fast: this route type will tend to favour busier roads that suit more confident riders.
• Quiet: this route type will produce more pleasant, but often less direct, routes.

The new addition will be the automatic calculation of leisure round trips,
entering your starting point, the approximate distance or time you want to travel and the compass direction.

You can select the CycleStreets route planner in "Settings | Routing | Advanced | Service".

• After you select CycleStreets service in routing settings
• You can change the route type (see image and details above)
• Then you can plan routes from A to B by bike
• Round trips will be available in the next Cruiser

It's better to use CycleStreets with a Cruiser app profile for bikes.
