Fixed output formatting when displaying previous streak information.

Changes

• Fixed: "ended on None" now only shows the end date when available
• Output now shows "Previous streak: X days" when end date is not available
• Output shows "Previous streak: X days, ended on YYYY-MM-DD" when end date is known
