An icon of its own

The package still carried OpenLauncher's icon - a letter L, for Launcher - so the Homebrew
Channel listing would have shown another project's mark beside the name OpenHome, and the largest
copy was only 130px. The new one keeps the ring from upstream's, because this is a fork and the
resemblance is honest, and puts a house inside it. It was drawn at 512px and checked at 40px as
well, since that is the size it appears at in an app list.

Also in this release

• install-home.sh --undo now puts back the three boot settings it changed, instead of printing
  a note asking you to do it by hand - which left the TV pointing its "last input" at an app that
  uninstalling would then remove.
• The readme shows scaled screenshots that link through to the full 4K captures. Opening it used
  to pull 23 MB of images.
• The full firmware settings list is documented in
  docs/tv-settings.md:
  all 838 keys with what each accepts, and 228 of them with LG's own name and description.
  Values are deliberately left out - a dump taken off a real set carries credentials.
