• Added native vertical panel resizing with Automatic and Manual height modes under Settings → Appearance.
• Manual height is preserved across panel reopen and application restarts. Double-clicking the resize handle restores Automatic mode.

• Fixed horizontal resize and focus interactions that could shift, crop, or remove spacing from the panel.
• Fixed transient focus changes during native resizing causing the saved manual height to reset.
• Improved automatic sizing consistency between the dashboard and Settings.
