TalkBack Accessibility Improvements

This build (debug-signed) includes extensive TalkBack accessibility fixes on top of upstream v2.11.0.

Story tiles — full accessibility action set: Upvote, Downvote, Favorite/Unfavorite, Block/Unblock user, Open in browser, More actions
Comment tiles — Upvote and Downvote added to accessibility actions alongside existing Reply, Edit, More actions, View ancestors
Profile tab — announces notification count ("Profile, 3 unread notifications")
Comment collapse/expand — TalkBack hint says "Double tap to collapse / expand"
Onboarding images — marked decorative; description text is read instead
Countdown reminder — labeled as a button ("Pick up where you left off. Tap to continue reading.")
Inbox comments — each item announces author, time, and "Tap to view comment"
Simple story tiles — use full screenReaderLabel
Tab bar reorder — items announce "Press and hold to reorder"
screenReaderLabel — shortened from "This story has X points and Y comments" to "X points, Y comments"
Comment #N counter — hidden from TalkBack (decorative)
"At level X" — changed to "Level X"
Feature discovery overlays — all tap targets labeled (fav, pin, link, search, jump buttons, login)
Modal bottom sheets — barrier labeled "Dismiss" instead of "scrim"

This is a debug-signed build for testing purposes. Install with adb install Hacki-arm64-v8a.apk (most modern Android devices).
