[NOWEB] Update Baileys to latest version available with latest commits from Rajeh

I'm following your repo on: https://github.com/devlikeapro/Baileys/tree/fork-master-2025-10-10

I noticed that you always 30 - 50 commit behind the base "WhiskeySockets/Baileys" which contains very important updates to prevent our clients from getting banned or server from crashing.

for example this commit:

and this

devlikeapro/Baileys@9f787c5

Sending too many Ack when sending messages will get users banned!

I'm grateful to you and your effort to try and maintain 3 engines but NOWEB is the main engine for most of the users and should be always updated with the latest commits from Rajeh which I know his working on version 7 and version 8 later next year.

We have some doubts about the stability of this move :D The last time we updated to version 7.0-rc, it created so many problems that we still can't solve them :(
Perhaps we should have waited until all the major issues were fixed...
Of course, we'll update as soon as possible!
