Full Changelog: v0.15.1...v0.16.0

Upgrade note

After upgrading from v0.15.x or earlier, run break-reminder service install once to install the independent countdown worker and reload the UI. Direct brew upgrade does not reload LaunchAgents.

This release includes Pomodoro GUI controls and an independent countdown. Stopwatch and scheduled alarms remain planned after a one-week usage review. Notification banners depend on macOS settings and terminal-notifier; completion cards persist if sending fails.
