vox-populi 1.0.0

Initial release of the Vox Populi skill for AI agents.

Provides a people-weighted (one person, one vote) analysis of Polymarket multi-outcome events by filtering positions to retail wallet sizes (- by default) and reporting unique voter counts + Yes/No splits.
