• Sidebar counts align at the right edge and give way to a small add toolbar on hover. Running/History sits at the top right of Operations.
• Sidebar section headers reveal a "+" on hover or keyboard focus to open their add flow. Insert provides the same shortcut.
• Operations opens only when requested and shows a wider summary when space allows. Mode and filter choices use themed segmented toggles with keyboard navigation.
• Worktree deletion is disabled for protected worktrees, with a reason available in the menu.
• Clicking a staged or unstaged file keeps it in place while selection and focus updates arrive.
• Diff search now highlights results, shows the active hit, and navigates with previous/next buttons, Enter/Shift+Enter, or F3/Shift+F3. Escape clears the search.
