Special Slides for Setlist Presentations

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently it's only possible to present songs in setlists. Additional slides with special content like markdown formatted text would be nice.

Describe the solution you'd like

• When showing,
• creating or
• editing a setlist there should be an option to add special slides.
• Simple editor tools like bold, italic, underlined, emphasized should be there
• Special setlist entries should be colored differently to keep it clean and separate them from songs.
• In presentation mode, short text should be one column centered, longer text should be two column left aligned.
• Text should be displayed maximized like songs.

Additional context
This can be also used to display quotes and bible verses in setlists. The latter could be retrieved from an API in a second step.
