v1.6.5

Changed

• chat_await now defaults to 55 seconds instead of 115 seconds. Its existing
agentChat.maxWaitMs setting remains configurable from 1000 to 300000 ms,
including waits before workspace selection. Bundled configuration files and
documentation use the new default; existing explicit overrides are preserved.

macOS: Developer ID-signed but not notarized. Apple's team-enrollment rejection is unresolved; notarization is temporarily disabled.
