Changed

• chat_read and chat_await now advertise readOnlyHint: false because they
  acknowledge user messages and advance the conversation's read cursor. Their
  execution behavior and other annotations are unchanged. The experimental
  forced-read-only annotation override still takes precedence when enabled.

macOS: Developer ID-signed but not notarized. Apple's team-enrollment rejection is unresolved; notarization is temporarily disabled.
