Added

• Setup-card continuation prompts now transfer one complete Codexify task to a
  replacement ChatGPT conversation through a one-time continue_task token.
  Workspace and Git state, agent-chat transcript/cursor, saved plan and memory,
  diff checkpoints, resident command sessions, and the standalone-chat entry stay
  attached to the same task instead of being copied. The old conversation becomes
  read-only after the claim. Tokens are random, digest-only on disk, single-use,
  restart-safe, and safe to retry after a lost successful response; claims fail
  while the old owner has a model call in flight.
• The standalone owner-chat page can copy an individual message's original
  Markdown or the complete clean conversation transcript. Whole-chat copy
  includes unloaded history and omits internal markers, timestamps, receipts,
  and tool-call counters. Clipboard controls remain absent from the embedded
  ChatGPT widget.

• The setup widget's Refresh dialog links to connector settings without a
  text-fragment suffix. The connector-specific destination and manual refresh
  instructions are unchanged.
• Connector schema markers now include +continuation-v1. Current setup,
  setup-chat, and Markdown-chat resources are versioned v8, v6, and v3;
  previous resource URLs remain readable. resumePath remains available only as
  a workspace-only compatibility path.

macOS: Developer ID-signed but not notarized. Apple's team-enrollment rejection is unresolved; notarization is temporarily disabled.
