DesktopIcon no longer wraps the default Fluent icon in a frosted squircle plate.
Meadow desktop icon grid uses a tighter icon–label gap and nav padding.

Upgrade notes

.nonla-desktop-icon-plate is removed. Custom default-icon chrome should go through DesktopIcon media.
