A new kill feed

The multiplayer kill feed shows each weapon's icon, headshots and players' avatars, with medals, score bars and a new respawn countdown.

Added

  • An animated kill feed (MJOLNIRHud 0.7.0). Each kill is a row: the
killer and the victim with their avatars, and between them the weapon,
drawn as the game's own HUD icon. Headshots, splatters, stuck grenades and
assassinations get their own icon. Joins, quits, kicks, falls, flag
captures and medals get rows too. Rows slide in, rise as new ones arrive
and fade out. A row that names you has a gold edge, and team kills say
    BETRAYAL.
  • Medals. Double Kill through Killionaire, the killing sprees and First
Blood appear in the feed. Your own also come up in the middle of the
    screen.
  • Score bars. The score at the top of the screen is two bars that fill
toward the score to win, with the round clock between them.
  • A bigger respawn countdown.
  • The feed, the score bars and the countdown use the game's own fonts.
  • mjolnir_feed_demo (console, in a match) previews the feed, medals and
    score bars.

Fixed

  • Players who joined someone else's match saw few kills in the feed
and on the scoreboard. The host now sends them every kill, death, medal
    and capture.
  • The scoreboard's avatars no longer cost the game time each time the
    scoreboard redraws.

Needs CE runtime 1.9.0 for the new look. With an older runtime, the feed
is plain text lines.
