MJOLNIR Runtime runtime-v1.0.0

UE4SS 3.0.1-exp-d0107f63, plus the config and
AOB signatures verified against this game build, plus the UE4SS
infrastructure mods. No MJOLNIR mods and no UE4SS sample mods — those
install from the signed code-mod set.

manifest.json.sig is an Ed25519 signature over manifest.json,
verifiable with keys/mod-signing.pub. The launcher checks it and
installs nothing that fails.

Files marked config in the manifest — UE4SS-settings.ini and
Mods/mods.txt — are seed state. Installing over an existing setup
must leave them alone.
