• Lighter npm package. It ships only the installable servers (44,614, about 3 MB instead of 14 MB). The full catalog is downloaded on first use, as before.
• r in the tree downloads the full catalog and shows the tree again with it. With the light catalog, a line above the tree says so.
• The terminal says when it is downloading the catalog, and --refresh reports a failed download.
