Guide windows user after installation

As a windows user, I want to be guided after msi-based installation of the IDE on my system so that the next step to do is clear to me after installation ended.

Ideas:

• open webbroser pointing to next steps readme
• open readme on the local machine
• open terminal navigated into the installation folder and already prefill "ide create" + provide for this special command a nicer error message. Currently shown as an very technical error (in case you don't pass name parameter):

Error in property project:
Value is required and cannot be empty.

I made it a bug, because I feel it could be perceived like that easily :)

@maybeec thanks for filing this issue.
Indeed the MSI installer should guide the user to what he can or should do next.
Otherwise he might be lost:
"Now I have installed IDEasy and what do I do with it? Where is IDEasy and how do I run it?"

I would not really open a browser automatically since we did that in devonfw-ide (e.g. for license) and received feedback that this was confusing and annoying.
Instead, I would recommend that on the last MSI installer screen with the success message, we should print the following information:

IDEasy has been installed successfully.
To create your first project open a terminal and type
ide create «project-name»
For further options simply call
ide help
Also, from the start menu, you can launch the IDEasy GUI that can guide you to create and manage your projects.

FYI: Size was set to large not because this should be a big change but because wix-toolkit is a little odd and testing things like this is time consuming.

So i managed to achieve the following behaviour:
After the installation succeeds, the standard WixUI ExitDialog appears. Here I can rewrite the "Finish"-Button to simply open another dialog, which I called FirstStepsDialog:

I still encounter some challenges with Wix. For example, it is not possible to inject this dialog between the ProgressDlg and the ExitDialog, as Wix internally seems to directly open ExitDialog after the installation scripts finish. This behaviour seemingly cannot be changed, I tried multiple workarounds. Also, the ExitDialogs button text "Finish" cannot be changed. We only could overwrite the localization to say something like "Next", but that would cause all other places that use Wixes !(loc.WixUIFinish) to use the same value, which is not optimal.
