⚠️ UNOFFICIAL TEST BUILD — not for general use.

Built from the old-api branch (commit 10688fc) to verify a fix for
myepisodes.com's CSRF protection, which now rejects the legacy addon's
login/search/add/watch requests with 403 Request could not be verified.

This is a one-off verification package, not a normal versioned release:

  • addon version is 3.2.1~test1
  • addon name/summary are prefixed "TEST BUILD" so it's obviously distinct
    from the real addon in Kodi's addon browser
  • not submitted to the official Kodi repo, not endorsed by the upstream
    author

Verified live against myepisodes.com with the project's own test account;
full pytest suite passes. See the old-api branch commit message for
technical details.

⚠️ UNOFFICIAL TEST BUILD — not for general use.

Built from the new-api branch (commit a838872), rewriting the addon
against the documented api.myepisodes.com/v1 JSON REST API instead of
screen-scraping www.myepisodes.com.

Breaking change for this build: authentication is now an API key
created on your MyEpisodes account page (Settings → API Key, "write"
scope needed), not your account password. The addon's old
Username/Password settings are replaced by a single API Key field.

This is a one-off verification package, not a normal versioned release:

  • addon version is 3.3.0~test1
  • addon name/summary are prefixed "TEST BUILD" so it's obviously distinct
    from the real addon in Kodi's addon browser
  • not submitted to the official Kodi repo, not endorsed by the upstream
    author
  • BeautifulSoup4 dependency dropped, no longer needed

Verified live against api.myepisodes.com with a facedancertest API key:
login//v1/me, paginated /v1/me/shows, catalogue search, add/find/
watch/unwatch/remove round-trip, and correct 403 handling for a
read-only key attempting a write all pass. Full pytest suite (skipped
without a key, live when MYEPISODES_API_KEY is set) also passes.
