Focus Garden is a calm focus timer where every finished session grows a plant in a personal garden. It was built from a one-page brief by the ai-team-sdlc GitHub Copilot plugin: an orchestrator plus specialist AI agents and skills, with quality gates and one human sign-off.
This wiki is the evidence: what ran, what the gates caught, where a human decided, and what shipped.
