Display of sponsor rows could be more delightful

There should be more of a demarcation of the title row of sponsor types from the sponsors themselves.

Right now it's a load of <hr> tags and it is frustrating to look at.

It's okay but the white on grey is hard to read. I also don't love the look of a bunch of giant grey bars. Can you make it an almost transparent light grey and use a reasonably readable color of text on it?
