CFPs which are not yet open show on the open list

The list of open CFPs on the bottom of each page shows CFP which are not yet open.

Expected behavior

Only see events with open CFPs

Actual behavior

See CFPs which have a close date in the future, even if they aren't open yet.

View the https://www.devopsdays.org/speaking/ and see Chicago is on the list :)
