Remove fingerprinting for static files

Apparently, it is not needed, as not only will Netlify take care of the advantages we get from doing this, our fingerprinting of these files is possibly interfering with Netlify's CDN advantages.

This will just be a change to the gulp tasks; we will test it in dev.devopsdays.org, and if it works, will have to copy the gulp files over to devopsdays-web.

No reproduction steps.
