Test: Update Detection After Fatal Error Fix

This release is for testing that update detection works after fixing the fatal error.

Testing Instructions

  1. With v1.0.6-rc10 installed, go to WordPress Admin → Plugins
  2. Click "Check for updates"
  3. You should see: "There is a new version of UtilitySign available" showing v1.0.6-rc11
  4. The update should be installable directly from WordPress admin

This confirms both the fatal error fix and pre-release update detection are working correctly.
