IR Server Telnet v0.4.0
Release focused on UI simplification, safer device management, and a new HVAC dashboard.
Highlights:
- removed the monitor terminal UI and backend monitor logging logic
- added a dashboard tab inside Devices, next to List
- dashboard cards now render only standard HVAC profiles and skip CUSTOM devices
- each HVAC dashboard card includes inline controls for power, mode, setpoint, fan, and light
- dashboard uses existing HTTP APIs and SPIFFS assets, keeping firmware-side growth minimal

Notes:
- firmware and SPIFFS were rebuilt and verified locally before release
