Rockdactyl v2.1.0

Project rename: This release was originally published under the former Rock Theme name. The immutable v2.1.0 tag and artifacts remain unchanged to preserve provenance. The project is now Rockdactyl; use v2.1.1 or newer for fully rebranded builds.

Rockdactyl v2.1.0 is the reliability and release-engineering update for Pterodactyl Panel v1.15.1.

Highlights

• Fixed persistent notification read/clear state, mobile positioning, modal focus, file and backup menus, uploads, and stale server-navigation errors.
• Removed press/pop motion while retaining keyboard focus and desktop-only hover feedback.
• Completed Crimson Red and Midnight Blue parity across shared surfaces, charts, dialogs, login, and responsive layouts.
• Added deployment-driven Playwright checks for phone, tablet, desktop, and ultrawide viewports.
• Hardened installation with staged deployment, checksummed rollback snapshots, tag-bound provenance, archive traversal/link protection, and safe maintenance-mode recovery.
• Added reproducible production assets and release archives, source/SHA diagnostics, upstream automation safeguards, and expanded regression coverage.

Install

Back up the panel database and .env, then download and review the manager:

Existing Rockdactyl installations can use update instead of install.

Verification

The release archive is accompanied by panel.tar.gz.sha256. The published archive is bound to source commit c7ed283679b729d62f70866c4ae069cfaa6ad583 and Pterodactyl v1.15.1 through .rock/release.json.
