Fixed

• The chat finds an omo pane's conversation again with current omo, which no longer keeps
  its session file open. It now reads the session omo records as held by the pane's
  process, so the chat works with several omo panes in one folder, on macOS, and after
  --continue, --resume or /new.
• The installed Android app picks up the auto-rotate fix from 0.3.32 a day sooner. The
  first launch after upgrading from 0.3.31 or older still got the old, rotating web
  manifest from the previous service worker's cache, and Chrome checks the installed app
  against it at most once a day.
