Adds sentence-level lexical hints and source-bound diagnostics from CLI audits. Unlocalized paragraph/document findings remain, and cancelled or stale responses cannot update diagnostics.
Requires Patina CLI 8.3.0 for the new metadata. Install the VSIX through Extensions: Install from VSIX, then run Patina: Install or Update CLI.
Validated with 10 tests and lint, independent review, VS Code 1.85.0 and 1.134.0 hosts, and a fresh public npm8.3.0 installation. The installed1.1.0 VSIX completed a real OpenCodex audit and displayed both source-bound sentence diagnostics.
