New flag for LuceneConfig:

    <waitUntilSearchable>false</waitUntilSearchable>

If set to true, the server will wait before replying to creation and update requests for OSD, Folder and Meta objects. This flag will allow slow machines to get a guarantee that an object is searchable if it was successfully created. This comes with a performance hit, as now each IndexJob will be verified that it has been completed and Lucene search returns the object.

If indexing fails, this will return after the maximum number of retries (about 10s). If an IndexJob is marked as failed, we skip the retries.
Note: this will not play well with re-indexing large numbers of objects. I suggest you wait until re-index is finished and then resume normal operations (which is the sensible way to do this anyway, as search-results of the system will be inconsistent during re-indexing).

New flag for CinnamonTikaConfig

    <removeNewXmlVersionHeader>false</removeNewXmlVersionHeader>

If set to true, the server will remove the XML version=1.1 property.
