The tag represents the second version in April 2026, aligned with version 18.1.3 of the original project.

Features：

1. Removed the official restriction that the Local REST API Server only accepts requests from the local loopback address.
2. Removed the restrictions in the official project on task information being sent via WebHook in the automations plugin.
   The previous restriction resulted in missing task information, such as the absence of the timeSpent field.
   The WebHook request will now carry complete information, for example:
