Feature for #42 .

Add toc_location param for Epub object.

Examples:

book = xml2epub.Epub("My New E-book Name", toc_location="beginning")
book = xml2epub.Epub("My New E-book Name") # toc_location default to `end`
book = xml2epub.Epub("My New E-book Name", toc_location="afterFirstChapter")

Navigate to API to view the meaning of different params.

toc_location (Option[str]): The location of ToC file, default to end. It has 3 options:
* beginning: It likes Toc, chapter1, chapter2, ..., chapterLast.
* afterFirstChapter: It likes Chapter1, Toc, chapter2, chapter3, ..., chapterLast. The Chapter1 should be a cover chapter.
* end: default option. It likes chapter1, chapter2, ..., chapterLast, Toc.
