New @icp-sdk/core package

Publishes the new @icp-sdk/core package.

This package unifies the following packages:

• @dfinity/agent
• @dfinity/candid
• @dfinity/identity
• @dfinity/identity-secp256k1
• @dfinity/principal

and re-exports them as @icp-sdk/core/* submodules.

The @icp-sdk/core package does not contain any other changes.
