The .netstandard was not found during package restore. Please check the sources in your visual-studio NuGet package sources contains https://api.nuget.org/v3/index.json
The error occurs, when the public ssh key is password protected and results in Fatal Errors when cloning submodules. It is recommended to use unprotected ssh keys.
