Version 0.1.0 -- Initial release

Initial release. The following features are currently implemented:

  • mni152_coords_to_fsaverage(): maps MNI152 RAS coords to fsaverage
  • vol_to_fsaverage(): map the data in an MNI152 volume to fsaverage surface space (as a vertex overlay)
  • fsaverage_vertices_to_mni152_coords(): get the MNI152 space RAS coordinates for the fsaverage vertices
    Note that this is NOT available on CRAN, the package size if >100 MB and CRAN only supports 5 MB.
