Release v0.10.0: New Role for BotAdmins & Simple sharing of Spaces

⚠️ Breaking changes in this release ⚠️

• I've introduced a new mandatory configuration property: admins. This property contains a list of mxids that are allowed to manage the bot. I.e., only they can shutdown the bot.

Since the last release several improvements have been made:

• The bot now supports the creation of join links for other rooms than the one the bot is currently in. This is useful if you want to share a space.
• The bot now sends error messages to the user if permissions are missing.
