  • Smooth cut-outs: every decorative shape (monstera, palm/banana, bird of paradise, heart, sun, coral, seaweed, trefoil, stars, and the rest) and the pebble/disc clips are traced as tangent-continuous cubic Béziers instead of low-poly straight runs. Leaf tips and notches stay sharp; the torn paper sheet edges stay torn on purpose.
  • Same dg. logo everywhere, drawn from its outlines: Logo now renders the canonical d, g, and . vector outlines from icon-dark.svg / icon-light.svg with the original interlocking offsets, instead of live text. Live text in system-ui drew SF Pro on macOS but Noto Sans on Linux, which spread the letters apart. The rendered mark overlaps the production macOS logo at 0.92 IoU. The collage header shows just the mark, with no glass pill. The classic header keeps its pill. The Link + scroll-to-top hydration fix from #636 is unchanged.
  • Same album gradient as classic: the classic glow (blur(16px), opacity 0.5) and surface layers are now shared constants in AlbumGradientBackdrop.tsx, and the classic card and the collage card both use them unchanged. Under the gradient, the collage card uses the classic card paper and the classic contrasting text colors with shadows, so the colors blend the same way. The collage card keeps its torn edge and tilt and drops the Spotify mark. The eyebrow now reads "Now playing on Spotify" (or "Recently played on Spotify"). The card and album sleeve each get a cream paper rim and a deeper drop shadow, so they separate from any sheet color or album gradient. The title, artist, and progress bar sit in the lower part of the card. The progress bar shows whenever a track is playing.
  • Intro bio on frosted glass: a translucent panel in the sheet's own color with backdrop-filter: blur(16px). It's soft cream in light mode and muted ink navy in dark mode, never bright paper. Cut-outs behind it are softened, and the padding sits outside the old text column so the copy doesn't move.
  • Project hover zoom: project frames and side project rows scale to 1.02 as they lift on hover and keyboard focus (the Strava card already did), under prefers-reduced-motion: no-preference.
  • Header now playing pill: the album art bounces at a readable size, and ink notes rise from it, in both color schemes.
  • Tooltips: collage tooltips are ink chips with cream text in both schemes. On the tilted music card, the played-at tooltip opens above the "Played" line instead of covering the title.
  • Album sleeve: crosses the work sheet's torn edge (168px above the sheet's padding on desktop, 100px on mobile). On mobile it clears both the map card above and the Saga card below.
  • Labels: "Home SF" and "About Dylan" pills. Pill titles and TYPE · YEAR meta text are larger.
  • Strava: the whole card is one link to the ride, it lifts and zooms on hover and focus, and the route map is taller.

Verified with turbo check, turbo check:types, and turbo test after rebasing onto main (336 web tests). The Logo tests cover the outline rendering and the hydration-safe link; the PlaybackStatus tests cover the Spotify eyebrow. Also verified with Playwright captures against a local fixture harness with a live now playing track and offline map tiles. The logo diff registers our render against the production macOS capture and reports mask IoU. Frames, side rows, and Strava all reach scale: 1.02 on hover.
