  • Removed interactive-redesign feature flag and proxy rewrite indirection:
    • Removed interactiveRedesign from apps/web/src/flags.ts (preserving identify and Vercel OAuth session context for future feature flags) and removed INTERACTIVE_REDESIGN from turbo.json.
    • Deleted apps/web/src/redesignRouting.ts, packages/shared-core/siteSurface.ts, and redesignRoutePrefix from packages/shared-core/routes/app.ts.
    • Simplified apps/web/src/proxy.ts to only handle /dev-console Basic Auth and Accept: text/markdown content negotiation, removing all /redesign rewrites and redirects.
    • Removed Disallow: /redesign from apps/web/src/app/robots.txt.
  • Promoted the collage site to the root App Router tree and deleted (classic) & (redesign) route groups:
    • Flattened routes directly into apps/web/src/app/ (layout.tsx, page.tsx, error.tsx, not-found.tsx, [...rest]/page.tsx, music/page.tsx, music/albums/layout.tsx, music/albums/page.tsx, dev-console/page.tsx, dev-console/unauthorized.tsx).
    • Folded CollageConsole directly into apps/web/src/app/dev-console/page.tsx and deleted classic dev-console shell and glass cards.
  • Removed SiteSurface (surface) props and classic branches across @dg/web, @dg/maps, and @dg/ui:
    • Removed surface prop and classic branches from Homepage, IntroCard, IntroCardSlot, GatteySitesCard, GatteySitesCardSlot, MapCardSlot, StravaCard, StravaCardSlot, ErrorLayout, Footer, Header, Logo, SiteHeaderHeight, MusicGrid, MusicHistorySections, MusicInfiniteScroll, AlbumPlayTile, AlbumDetailBody, AlbumDetailBodySkeleton, AlbumWell, FavoriteAlbumCell, FavoriteAlbumsGrid, FavoriteAlbumsSkeleton, SpotifyCard, TrackListing, ActivityDescription, and ActivityName.
    • Simplified @dg/maps (MapCard, StravaRouteMap, PigeonMap, RouteMap, ZoomControls, routeMapTokens) to render the collage paper-cut map unconditionally.
    • Simplified StickyFadeBar, PageTransitionLink, pageTransitions.ts, pageTransitions.css, and @dg/ui/dependent/Link.tsx.
  • Pruned all classic-only UI components, styles, and helpers:
    • Deleted HeaderControls, MusicHeaderMenu, PageTitle, footerIconSize, usePublicPathname, ProjectCard, CollageSideProjects, MusicHistorySkeleton, albumArtStyles, albumWellStyles, AlbumImage, SpotifyCardWithGradient, and SpotifyLogo from apps/web.
    • Deleted Button, Chip, CircularProgress, ColorSchemeToggleClient, Container, ContentGrid, GlassDisclosurePanel, GlassSwitcher, IconButton, MouseAwareGlassContainer, Nav, Section, ContentCard, ContentWrappingLink, concentricBorderRadius, useCurrentImageSizes, and useMouseGravity from @dg/ui.
